GenMech AC does not store Billing Information on its own servers. All payment transactions are processed through our payment provider.

Client and Project Data

This Data is stored and maintained on GenMech AC’s systems. You retain ownership of your Data. By providing it to us, you grant GenMech AC a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to deliver the Services.

Diagnostic and Technical Information

If you encounter technical errors while using our Services, we may request your permission to collect a crash report and logging information from your system (“Diagnostic Information”). This may include your operating system version, hardware configuration, browser version, and email address. We use this information only to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
